Sunday morning (post Ida) Torey came and repaired our AC. It had been very warm in the house. Fan running but no cold air. Diagnosed a leak. Filled with freon and will reorder coil. To return next week. Very efficient, professional. Torey explained to me in detail what our problem was in term I can understand! Great job! Only issue we had was that Doug's couldn't give us a timeline on the phone when they could service our unit. I know things are chaotic at this time but will give a pass at this time.

Very pleased with Marlin he was helpful and very knowledgeable about the service we required. Getting him out here was another matter the office would not call us back, we called two days in a row and finally called back around 2pm on the third day.

Samuel came by the house today and did a couple of maintenance & repair items on our A/C system. While he was making the repairs, he also noticed the green light to our standby generator was out. Thank God for Samuels keen eye. We were able to get our generator people to the house today to change out our battery a few days before a storm is upon us. Once again Dougs shows why they are the best

I love Doug's. They came out at midnight to fix my A/C when my grandbaby was born and we were suffering with the heat. They recently installed a new A/C system and couldn't have been more efficient or professional. All of the technicians have been wonderful.

After a lightning strike, my ac stopped working. Even though it happened after hours, I took a shot at calling hoping to get an answering service that would get me on a repair schedule.
