Wesley did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and thoroughly explained all needed repairs and system maintenance work. We actually had him come to 3 locations that day to perform HVAC maintenance work and small repairs. I would definitely recommend Doug's.

Shawn Besson came out to our house for a whole house generator install. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He had several other guys with him to help. I didn’t get those guys names but they all did a very neat job and the install looks great. It was bad weather with very gusty winds but they never slowed down. I am very pleased with how everything went. Doug’s has now done a few jobs for me and I am impressed with this company as a whole. Great company to work with. They took good care of my house.

Daniel Tabor came to our home to complete our new system and was very knowledgable about the system and very professional. He even took the time to say and make friends with our curious corgi. the job was complete in a timely manner and above the standard we expected. Mr. Kenney came very detailed and informative with any questions i asked. He took the time to explain options for me to choose from, and the risk of what maynot be wise choices. He was in no hurry, and did not try and force any decisions on me. After 2 consecutive days of workers from Doug's Services, I am convinced to keep Doug's Service for all work in the future. Last, but not least, the job was well done. He check for freon leak, and repaired the problem
